At DORMIVA BEDS we prepare and dispatch every order with the same care we put into making our furniture. We work with carriers who specialise in bulky goods and are used to handling bed frames, ottoman beds, mattresses, sofas and wardrobes. Below you will find delivery times, coverage areas and delivery conditions for each destination.

Mainland Spain

We deliver throughout mainland Spain. The usual delivery time is [X] to [X] working days from order confirmation, except for made-to-order items and custom upholstery, where it may extend to [X] weeks. The estimated lead time for each item is shown on its product page.

Shipping costs €[X] and is free on orders over €[X]. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between [X] and [X]. The courier will contact you by phone or text message to arrange a delivery date, so please make sure you enter a valid mobile number when placing your order.

The standard service includes kerbside delivery. If you need the item carried into your home, you can add this service at checkout for €[X]. We recommend checking beforehand that the furniture will fit through doorways, lifts and stairwells.

Balearic Islands

We ship to Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera by sea freight. Delivery takes [X] to [X] working days and the cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the volume and weight of your order.

These deliveries are made to kerbside, and the in-home delivery service is not always available. If you have any doubts about your area, email us at [EMAIL] before ordering and we will confirm the available options.

Canary Islands

We ship to the Canary Islands with an estimated delivery time of [X] to [X] working days. Orders sent to the Canaries are exempt from Spanish VAT, but are subject to IGIC, local duties and customs clearance fees, which are payable by the customer on arrival and are not included in the product price or the shipping cost.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the volume of your order. We handle the export paperwork and will email you the customs documentation (DUA) to speed up the process.

Rest of Europe

We deliver to most European Union countries, with an estimated delivery time of [X] to [X] working days. Rates vary by country and order volume, and are shown before you complete your purchase. For deliveries outside the EU or for large orders, get in touch and we will prepare a personalised quote.

Receiving your order

When your order arrives, please check the condition of the packaging before signing the delivery note. If you notice any damage, write it down on the courier’s paperwork and let us know within 24 hours, attaching photographs, at [EMAIL]. This allows us to resolve the issue quickly and at no cost to you.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
